All fees must accompany your entry, including banquet fees. This show will be a NO ear number entry show. You will need to send variety, class and sex for each entry. We will get your ear numbers at check-in. You may send in your entry on any type of entry sheet. We will provide remark cards at check-in. All animals will be cooped by 8:00 a.m. Judging will start at 9:00 a.m. The Hawthorn Suites will be the host hotel. It is located approximately 1 mile from the showroom. There is a block of rooms available, just ask for the Havana Rabbit Breeders. The phone number there is 309-829-8111. Single rooms are $59.00 plus tax and double rooms are $62.00 plus tax. They have a hot breakfast from 7-10 a.m. We will be holding a raffle to help cover expenses and would appreciate any donation you might like to make toward raffle prizes. Banquet The Banquet will be held at the show site. The cost for the banquet is $16.00. The menu consists of Seasoned Baked Chicken, Roast Pork Loin, Potatoes Supreme, a vegetable, tossed salad, homemade rolls, dessert, tea and lemonade. You must send your reservation and fees along with your entry Double Open, Double Youth Show The Illinois Rabbit Breeders will be hosting a double open, double youth show that weekend at the same site which would give you the chance to show 3 times. The IRBA show is a 2 day show. The contact for the IRBA show is Dick Gehr. He can be reached at rwgehr@cbcast.com. If you plan to bring other breeds to show in the IRBA show and wish to coop them, there is a fee of $1.50 for each coop and you will need to reserve coops in advance. There is a flyer for this show on the ARBA web site and also at the Illinois Rabbit Breeders web site explaining the procedure for making an entry and reserving coops. The Florida White National Show will also be held at the same site on the same day. For those who raise both breeds this is an opportunity to take in 2 breed nationals in one trip.
